Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. -Time Limit of an offer for a sales contract-
Within 7 working days after we receive your order. If you have not received an order confirmation email within 2 – 4 days after placing your order, please presume that your order has been cancelled due to some sort of input error. Please kindly place your order again. If no payment has been made within 7 days after you receive an order confirmation email, your order will be also cancelled. Your kind understanding would be very much appreciated.
Please kindly understand that the estimated delivery date may change slightly. We will contact you in case of your item(s) being out of stock. We would appreciate your kind understanding.
-Defective or Faulty Products-
Should you have received a product which is either wrong, defective or faulty, please contact us within 7 days after receipt of the merchandise. If you receive a defective or faulty product, we will either give you a full refund or send you the same product for free.
However, please understand that we do not regard the followings as defective or faulty:
1.As for fabric products, no minor printing defects or faulty, imperfect sewing, uncut threads or creases are accepted as defective or faulty.
2.As for porcelains, no products whose size and weight are different from the ones indicated on the product page as well as no minor printing defects or faulty, uneven glazing or deformed boxing or packaging are accepted as defective or faulty.
3.We offer no refund or exchange if a customer ordered the wrong item or the wrong size by mistake, if a customer believes the product is not as the same as they presumed, if it is impossible to deliver the products to the customer’s or if there are any other unclear reasons to request for return or exchange.

Should you receive a product damaged or partly or entirely lost in transit, please file a damage report at your local post office to investigate the matter. The time frame for the investigation is 6 months since you received an email regarding delivery. This email has a tracking number for your product. Depending on the value of the content, up to 2 million yen compensation will be paid if your item is lost.
